There is no consistent and transparent mechanism of public disclosure and access to information, in particular financial and procurement information, across all cities and city entities.

The CDGs and city entities have been instructed to establish a mechanism for public disclosure and access to information for municipal services, in particular financial and procurement information.

Mechanism developed and approved for public disclosure and access to information fully implemented by each CDG and its entities.
